Yes. Our entire workflow — booking, consultation, prescription, and documentation — is conducted in English. We have supported patients from over 50 countries.
Reservations are accepted 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays. Same-day appointments are usually available; an after-hours / holiday surcharge of ¥20,000 applies outside standard hours.
A base consultation is ¥30,000, with additional fees by service: medication prescription ¥10,000, rapid blood test ¥10,000, urine test ¥5,000, infection test ¥20,000, IV therapy ¥10,000, English medical certificate ¥10,000, referral letter ¥10,000. Mental health consultations follow the same fee structure.
Japanese National Health Insurance is accepted (you pay 30%, insurance covers 70%). For travel insurance, you pay in full at the time of visit and we provide all the English documentation you need to file your reimbursement claim.
We accept Japanese yen in cash, and Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB credit cards.
We are on the 2nd floor of the New Otani Garden Court at 4-1 Kioicho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. It is a 3-minute walk from Akasaka-Mitsuke Station (Ginza / Marunouchi, Exit D) and a 3-minute walk from Nagatacho Station (Hanzomon / Namboku / Yurakucho, Exit 7).
